This hand-out flyer was designed to promote our upcoming Lunchtime Live music event, featuring bands DFYH and The Indecisive, known as the "Kings of the Graveyard".
The Problem:
After the fall semester came to an end, two of our student assistants positions became unoccupied. Without a social media manager or an audio production assistant, my coworkers and I took the initiative to fill these positions.
Solution & Live Event:
To promote two birds with one stone, we used our Lunchtime Live event to find student candidates. Design collateral included social media posts and hand-out flyers.
Outcome:
After connecting with peers at our event, we had high interest from students. We interviewed 10 candidates for these two positions and found great team members.
